Four top tips for summer tree care: Part 3

Our third tip for keeping your trees in good shape this summer involves inspecting them for pests and disease.

  1. Inspect for pests and disease

Pests usually present more of a problem in spring, but it pays to be vigilant. If you notice any infestations or infections, get in touch with a professional tree feller or arborist who will be able to give you the right advice.

You should also be careful when using herbicides to treat any weeds growing under your trees. They can be very harmful and may damage the tree itself if not used correctly. Proper tree care involves treating pests, weeds and diseases with the right formula.

A little care will go a long way to ensuring your trees remain robust and healthy. Look out for our last tip coming up next week.
